While not a traditional Neapolitan pizza, BBQ chicken is a staple in the states, and as Americans, we wanted to bring a little bit of that spirit to the menu. We start by taking steamed chicken and red onions (sometimes grown by 14-54's very own Kimi-chan) and tossing them in a BBQ sauce before sprinkling on cheddar and gouda cheese. Once the pizza is fired and topped with parsley, you'll think you've died and gone to California.

Head chef Yuji Iida has crafted his unique take on Italian salsiccia sausage using Towada’s delicious garlic pork and an original blend of herbs and spices. Enjoy it on a tomato base with locally sourced mushrooms and sprinkled with DOP-grade parmesan cheese. Just ¥800 for a small and ¥1500 for a large.
